The Cali-Mex story began with a road-trip from America to Mexico. We became obsessed with American-style Mexican food - burritos, tacos, nachos & quesadillas - but our favorites were the light and fresh variety we found in the Golden State of California.
We only use the freshest meat and seafood from Australia, New Zealand & the U.S.A, plus fresh local vegetables from local suppliers.
